My stay at Pacha Suite was enjoyable overall, with a few hiccups along the way. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Puno, and the staff were friendly and eager to help. However, the thin walls made it noisy at times, and there were some issues with the room temperature during my stay. I appreciated the hot water showers and free Wi-Fi, which added to my experience.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I had hot water, but the noise from outside was quite distracting, especially at night. The temperature was an issue in one of the rooms I stayed in; it was pretty cold, making it uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing! They allowed me to check in very early and were helpful throughout my stay. They even helped with booking a fantastic boat tour to the islands. They did lose an item in my laundry, but they quickly found it when I notified them.

The staff were fantastic and super helpful, allowing me to check in at 5 AM after an overnight bus ride. however, the walls were quite thin, which made for a noisy night.
